After covid
Mom, age 55 had covid in dec 2020 & was treated @home After covid she has lot of digestion issue and IBS .anyways in normal pre covid times also  she had loose stomach with  8-10 times motions in normal times .stool test and endoscopy is normal sir  She is having these meds from 10 tablets Tab IBS -3rice  before meals Tab bael -2wice after meals Takrarisht -2wice before meals Motion is in control but acid was coming up to chest and head & feeling of choking .then she started with praval pancha amrut and nutmeg powder since 2 days..now also  she's having pain when she touches left of naval and passing of gas and acidity,burping , flatulence ,feeling of chill, and frequency of motion like 5-6 times even now ..please advice what should be added or stopped  or anything new .she also takes BP medicine Temsi Am 40 and is thalassemia minor .but no meds for thalassemia minor .Also can she take any supplements like zincovit,calcium ,VIt c ...Please advise .Will be obliged
