You seem to be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis which is a common type of nose infection. Septoplasty is not a treatment for this condition. You may need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses for confirmation of diagnosis. Treatment can be planned after confirmation of diagnosis
