Advise on my health and diet
Hi i am Shivam Chopra and i am a 16 year old boy so due to this pandemic my outdoor activities and sports all have got a pause due to which i am having an increase in weight and body fat since i want to be fit again i thought of trying a keto diet for a month or so. Is it advisable or not? If not then what should i do? And if yes then please guide me through by helping jotting out a diet plan. It would be really helpful thank you so much.

Hi Shivam,  I can understand your concern but instead of going for keto if it be more on proteins less in carbs and with good quality fat diet it will be more beneficial. As you are growing up and need proteins for growth as well as a diet deprive of carbohydrates may cause you more weakness and even might result to fatigue. Try to grab more fruits and hydrate well.
