Advise needed
Good morning Doctor I wanted to share one issue.. I am extremely good in studies.. I am always amongst toppers in college.. But when it comes to any common sense thing, I am not able to apply my brain.. From childhood I am like this.. I mean I am good in studies.. But I have very low commonsense.. Should I visit a psychiatrist??

Hai, It is better for you to see a therapeutic counsellor to undergo a screening not necessary to see a Psychiatrist. The counsellor can give you proper guidance and strategies for your problem.

Hi, great awareness about yourself. Being too good at academic and finding it difficult to handle soft skills need to be attended. It's not that you are not able to ,1. May be you didn't give importance or 3. You were not told or 3.may be there were no role models as immediate family members or 4. Till.date there was no requirement as you are still young. It would be nice to meet a mentor or a counsellor and understand these concepts. Take care.

Hello.... This is not a psychological condition... You need not to consult psychiatrist.. .. You are deeply involved in studies so you are not aware of thinks happening around you... Think logically , you do what you are good at... Need not to be good in all aspects. . Try to solve puzzles, play chess ...
