What is the treatment of subgaleal hematoma developed 2 months back?pt had history of fall 2 months back with head injury (no ct scan done during that time) and 6th nd 7th rib #..He has childhood asthma and used to be on foracort mdi.he used to be on amlo 10 and telmisartan 40 odpc and stator 10 odhs since last 2 months.Then  7 days back Pt had h/o  fall and an episode of lower limb seizure 3episodes lasting 40secs with no loss of consciousness gcs-15/15(ct scan was done this time)and was emergency managed by lasix nicardipine p-enema (as pt didnt pass stool dat day) but is presently having drowsiness and medication of telmikind am (b.p is controlled 115/70 over last 7 d) stator 10 ,rejunex cd3 and Stalopam lite since last 7 days..ct showed no intracranial injury but subgaleal hematoma in lft parietal region ..Kindly give your valued opinion regarding further management and investigations to be needed if any..no episode of seizure since the last attack..pt was a vegan for last 20 yrs..
