Advice on skin treatment

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had got a fractional CO2 laser treatment for th acne scars on my face done 3 weeks ago. I'm not seeing any improvement in the acne scars on my face, rather, the areas where the laser was applied have become a little reddish. I want to get a clear skin without the acne scars, could you please advice me on what can be done?
