Advice needed
Hello Doctors, I am asking for a friend Male, Age: 31. Today, for the first time, he noticed darker red blood mixed throughout the stool during a bowel movement. It was not just on the surface or on the tissue. There is no pain. In recent times he was facing gastric issues and little pain in the heart region. He has no prior history of this. Could you please advise on how urgent this is and what the next diagnostic steps should be? Thank you.
