Hi ,
So i am a 25 yr old male with sedentry lifestyle. But i do 2hrs high intensive workout daily. Its been 3 yrs of doing gym and i can say I'm not a beginner anymore. So now I'm thinking of taking multivitamins along with my everyday diet and I'm already taking whey protein. But recently i kind of felt my hair is getting a bit thinner and having a little hairfall too. And i saw those different biotin tables for hair strength and all. So need a suggestion can i take multivitamins and biotin tables together bcz both of them contain few similar vitamins and they might not be excess for my body to absorb and may cause any trouble later. A frank opinion will be highly appreciated on this.
Thank You

Will need to check your diet pattern. Also you need to rule out any nutritional deficiencies before going in for a supplement. You can always fulfill the requirements through natural foods if you are not deficient.
