Advice for a 75 yrs old patient of CKD
My 75 yrs old father has CKD and CKD - caused anaemia, Diabetes, Hypertension, Triglyceride, Thyroid problem. As per latest reports, Haemoglobin - 8.9, RBC count - 2.8, Total Leukocyte Count - 4400, Platelet - 1.50. Blood Sugar (fasting) - 101, Creatinine - 1.5, Albumin - Creatinine ratio is 11822/48.14 = 245.57. Current medication are - Dargen 40 and Neurobion injections monthly, Autrin (2 tabs daily), Folinext 5 (2 tabs daily), Glycomet SR  1 gm, Voglinorm 0.2, Tazloc 40, Thyronorm 0.75, Lipaglyn, Stator 10, Cardace, Montec LC, Gastractive, Enzar Forte, Donamem 5, Zolfresh 5. How to effectively control the progression of CKD and the other related diseases? Any new medication? Or some other advice?
