Adverse reaction to antibiotics???
I had an abcess and was prescribed doxycycline 2x a day for a week. The pills made me so sick I couldn't stand or hold down water for a full day and a half. Since stopping I have continued to have SOFT stools a sore on my gums the size of a dime my first toothache ever and it feels like a uti as well. What is going on?

Reaction to doxycycline is not so common.
It may be one of rare cases.
Avoid taking this group of medicines. Ask your doctor to do allergy test for this drug in particular.
