Advance Tests for Hyperthyroidism
My wife had a miscarriage on 30th Jan 2020. A 9 weeks pregnancy. On 28 May, she was diagnosed with Hyperthyroid and High Prolactin levels. Doctr advised below medicines for 1 month, then re-test. For Thyroid: -Neomercazole 10mg daily (morning) -Ciplar LA 40mg daily (morning) For Prolactin, -Cabgolin 0.25mg for 3 months (twice a week) She took medicines for 1 month & now her current report (10th july) shows her Prolactin levels became normal but *Thyroid levels* not improved. *TSH*:

Dear Sir For your wife there are a few tests that can be done. However not sure if you’ve already done them. She likely has graves thyrotoxicosis and a microprolactinoma. Both require long term treatment and if controlled can get pregnant.
