Adult woman with suspected ADD/ADHD
I have the feeling that I may have ADD/ADHD. I am an adult female and the disorder runs in my family. I have developed some ways to cope over my life, but I feel like it may be worsening slightly in my pregnancy, which is difficult as I am a graduate student. How valid are my suspicions and who should i talk to about it? OBGYN, Family Dr.,etc.?

First and foremost, without assessment or due diligence it is not right to suspect ADD or ADHD. Look at the signs such as Inattention most of the times, impulsively that includes spur of the moment decisions, squirming or fidgeting,  constant movement with uneasiness. We strongly recommend you to consult a Psychologist and seek help.
