Please suggest me a cream or gel, for Acne Breakout and Pigmentation. I need to clear out the complexion. The pimples are painful and frequent.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Please attach images and consult online as more evaluation is required to treat acne or pigmentation like type of acne, cause for pigmentation, etc  Check for recent weight gain, change cleanser, strict sun protection, healthy diet.

A good acne care skin care routine should be in place. Peels can rid you of the existing acne. We need to do tests to evaluate the internal causes and chq for other life style causes of acne in your case.
