ADHD doubts
I want to know if I have ADHD. I have been reading up about it online on my own for a few days and I think I have some of these symptoms.
I have been having them from when I was a lot younger. But I thought they were just habitual problems.
I would like to get professional help.

You might be right about having some symptoms. Hyperactivity is easy to identify. TA component of it may continue in adults also. However many other disorders have similar features. So its advised to consult with a psychiatrist.

It is good that you have done some reading and self-reflection. There is a possibility of Adult ADHD but it needs evaluation by a qualified Psychiatrist/Clinical Psychologist having expertise in that area. Plz see someone in your area/city. If it is established, then further pharmacological/psychological interventions can be thought upon.
