Adenoids hypertrophy
My 3.11 year old have adenoids hypertrophy. Tried nasal spray for 1 month .
Now I am using sadbindu oil at night, amlaki rasayan in the morning, warm water to drink, mulethi powder with honey on
ayurvedic doc. Advice ...
His condition improve for 1 month when I used nasal spray or even 20 days after stopping the spray ..but suddenly the problem sleep issue comes again.
Pls suggest me what should I do .
