Adductor muscle pain (groin area)
5 months ago my I had a pain in my left groin area... N it was adductor strech... It took 5 month.. To become normal and again I started doing down twisting n again I had groin area pain... Now in right area... I belive this the same pain i had on left adductor muscles... I don't know what to do... Is my groin area weak? I am doing pillow strech and one leg up exercise..

Go to physiotherapist once, it need to be diagnosed properly weather its local muscular problem or SI joint dysfunction, because without any history of fall or injury and also pain is shifting left to right, less chances to have involvement of muscles at this age also focus on your posture do some corrections under physiotherapist advice

Hi,  the pain may be due to your lifestyle and posture, what ever the activities your doing be conscious on the posture and if you can please consult the physio because examination is needed
