I have an addiction to watching porn and masturbation. I masturbate atleast once in 2 days. I want to stop it but just can't seem to control my urges. This addiction has made me lazy and lose focus on real things in life that matters. I am failing my exams and not doing well career wise. I was looking for ways to overcome this bad habit. Please help me.

You need to separate the 2 activities, masturbate only when you feel the urge naturally, reduce watching porn and make consistent effort in staying away from porn and using your time in more important tasks.
Next Steps
A sexual relationship Counsellor will be able to guide you through the process.
Health Tips
Don't isolate yourself when the urge comes. Instead go out and be with friends etc to divert your mind.

Dear sir,
Its kind of obsession towards the porn.
You have to stop seeing porn for 21 days , you may be anxious for few days. Don't worry work on your daily routine , exercise and everything as you wish.
Don't be in separate room always.
Masturation is natural and common , but doing more than 3 times to be countered in the above way.
