Addiction of antidepressant

Asked for Male, 41 Years

I am dependent on amitriptyline 50mg and chlordizepoxide 10mg and a very addictive herbal oil Malkangani oil which works like amitriptyline. Can Mirtazapine 15 at night and paroxetine 10mg morning and at night help to come out from these drugs. Please suggest 🙏
