Acute teeth pain

After eating certain food items like ghee, anjoor, like that .... then starts a severe acute pain in the teeth . Consulted a local dietician n he has put cement around some of the teeth but still pain persists when certain food items are taken

After an X ray it can be confirmed whether the root canal treatment will be required or a different caries prevention method. . Probably one of the tooth seems to have a deep cavity. .kindly get the investigations done and visit the dentist. .
