Wife, 63, having serious itching problem, with rashes all over the body, since a long time. Treatments give only short term relief.

The history and complaint is not described well for me to give an answer properly. Please send some photos of the rashes. But according to.my experience you are having urticaria. This has to be kept under control and it usually resolves in a few months. You have not told your duration of itching. Please write a detailed query or meet a dermatologist.
