  4. Acute pain in right ear. A single point.

Acute pain in right ear
I have got an acute pain in my right ear. Pain is just unbearable. It feels like some hot fluid is flowing from my ear into my brain. But after 2l10 mins the fluid started coming down. Now it's pain only inside my ear on a single point.
