Acute lower Back pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Multilevel spondylosis degenerative disc disease with circumference. Please any body can tell me right treatment for this disease. My mother in law age 60 is suffering from acute back pain. We did MRI & report says multilevel spondylosis degenerative disc disease with circumference.please suggest me.
