Hello practo user I can understand your condition and its effect on your personal and work life .The above mentioned symptoms could be indicative of excessive stress and your low stress tolerance. Try to consult a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. There are some easy ways that you can try at home to manage your daily stressors such as: try maintaining healthy routine wherein you exercise and eat healthy diet .Practice deep breathing and try not taking worries to bed . For better management of symptoms you can also reach out to me through practo app .
Next Steps
Consult a clinical psychologist

Hi pramod, headaches are just a symptom for the main problem. My advise would be to do meditation and also I would want more information for the same as it needs extensive information. There is a medication for everything but not for peace of mind. There is a lot more.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist especially clinical Psychologist
