Acute appendicitis surgery
Sir./ Madam.. i had a open appendix surgery on 3 weeks back. In govt.hospital... Now can i go to my regular work on bike..? I'm working as a land surveyor. So I need to go most of the works on fields.. so please suggest me precautions and food habbites..! Please help me sir.

If you are symptoms free and wound healing good, you can go after one week.
Kindly take bland diet. That means avoid spicy foods and tea coffee beverages and carbonated bottle drinks.
Drink plenty of oral fluids
Green leafy vegetables and fruits
Avoid alcohol intake and smoking habits if you do.
Avoid constipation
