Acute abdominal pain
Lower right abdominal pain with nausea ..no effect of pain killers. There was acute pain which was intolerable..constiapation also..and now urine analysis is pus cells 2-3 hpf and rbc are 35-40/hpf

Hi the pain could be due to ureteric stone or very rarely a swollen appendix. Pl get a sonography of abdomen and KUB done. Consult a surgeon or urologist.
