Acnes or pimples on belly
Having too many pimples or acnes im not sure what are they beneath my belly ( where the belt is) and they keep on coming and spreading. Its almost 4 months now and they started to hurt now. I tried many creams but no results. They are red some with heads and some not. When i try to remove them white greasy material comes out. Some came out on my behind (butt cheeks).
Kindly advise. I can send pics
