Acne with warts on face

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I suffer this from last 2 year. It's speard all over face slowly. What I can do? Once I consult online doctor.they prefer me to go electrocautery,but I don't about that.what it's cost how many times I have to go for that application. After that application, is it leaving scare or how many days to is it disappear the treatment spot.
