Yes. The peel is safe and effective adjunctive treatment. The peel would help acgieve control faster and give relief while the oral medications take effect. I would reasses trigerring factors and do a hormonal workup and pus culture if necessary. I wait for atleast 8 -12 weeks to judge the efficacy of an oral medication .
