Acne(scars) with facial hair on face

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I'm having acne over my face mostly on the Chin and scars(minute black spots on cheeks. I took medication in 2013 for 6 months and my face was clean then. But from an year, i am facing lot of acne on my face. I have read online about hormonal imbalances creating acne. I do not want to use the medications which has side effects(mainly birth control)
