I was diagnosed with Acne Vulgaris transitioning to Adult acne in March 2020. Upon taking Isotretinoin for 4 months (under prescription), acne has visibly reduced. What should I do for my acne scars now? Which treatment routine should I follow? Kindly recommend me some drug store face wash, face cream for acne and acne scars. Also suggest if I should take any medicines.

Acne scars don't respond much to topical creams. The treatment is a combination of procedures like lasers, dermaroller, subcision etc.
Although dark spots or pigmentation can be reduced with creams.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Hello dear. Acne scars will need procedures. Creams and gels will not work as scars are a physical deformity in the skin.
Kindly consult online for proper evaluation and treatment options.
