I’ve had acne problem since early teenage, and now got some mild to moderate scarring , will dermarolling with 0.5 mm needle along with vitamin c serum work for me ? I’m 20+ years old

Hi..itll help but upto certain extent because 0.5 is too shallow..for certain patient we go upto 2.5 to 3mm. Also there are other treatments like micro needling Rf, CO2 laser and many other.
You can also combine with oral isotretinoin
