Acne scars
I am diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2011 for which I m taking psychiatric treatment. Also, I m PCOD +ve. Now, I have watery itching discharge which is very embarrassing. Also, I have scars, pigmentation, open pores and dark circles on face and back. I am also having itchy scalp, some boils on elbows and arms which Wade off easily by diprovate MF, I guess slight yeast infection on tongue and some white small boils on lips. Please advise.

Greetings - in view of multiple issues that you have - I suggest you to get a comprehensive detailed consultation with a qualified deramtologist near you.
Physical treatments like - fractional laser / microneedling / peels are good for scars. Use an antifungal shampoo for your scalp. Avoid applying oils on scalp.
Discuss these options with your dermatologist.
