Acne problem
I have pimples and acne in my face , i have consulted with doctor ,he adviced me to use mandisa facewash , hydravo moisturiser and adaplene gel 0.1% for blackheads , but after that I get more small red acnes, now I do not use adaplene but no result ,can madisa facewash also can be the cause of this? What I should do get rid of acne and pimples.

Treatment depends on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

We can start on oral anti acne therapy if there is no response to topical therapy...kindly visit a dermatologist for furthur management..
