Acne problem
I am currently having acne treatment. My doctor has prescribed me to use bengel ac gel 2.5% gel for 2 hours during daytime, deriva cms gel at night and d acne facewash.
My query is that I am getting more pimples after applying deriva gel and after applying bengel cream I got redness around my acne. The redness us still there. Also the skin is becoming very dry.What should I do now?

Acne treatment takes time so kindly follow the regime as it takes 2-3 weeks for pimples to start responding to said treatment. Also you can connect with me online with your pictures for a second opinion
