• You are in post-acne phase with PIH + barrier damage (dehydrated, dull skin) after isotretinoin • Occasional pimples are normal maintenance phase acne, not treatment failure • Main issue now = skin barrier repair + pigmentation, not aggressive acne treatment Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: • Avoid overusing actives → your skin is already dehydrated • No harsh scrubs / over-exfoliation • Hydration is KEY → dullness = barrier issue, not just pigmentation • Results take 8–12 weeks consistently • Occasional pimples = normal, don’t chase “perfect skin” Kindly consult with me via Practo for detailed evaluation and treatment

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
