Acne pores on my cheeks

I have got rid from acne but acne left pores on my face. somewhere they are a littile larger. i had also competed three sittings of platelet rich plasama injection therapy with dermaroller sassions before two years . but it did not recover well my face from acne scars. i want to know that which will be right traetment for my face problem.
