Picking on the pimples causes marks and should absolutely not be done. First, the acne has to be controlled with tablets and creams, decided based on the severity and grade of your acne. As for the marks, there are skin lightening creams available, but they have to be supplemented with sun protection (sunscreens and physical protection), a healthy diet and exercise. Please share the photographs of your affected skin with me via direct online consultation option on Practo and I will guide you. You can also visit a nearby certified dermatologist and that person will definitely help you out.
