I get a lot of acne most of them are on my head ...I tried so many products but nothing worked for me ..I have senstive dry skin and even tried niacinamide and retinol but nothing worked ..it leaves a lot of marks also .and I have noticed a pattern that in starting days of months I get them and after 19-20 of the month they start fading this cycle repeats everymonth and past 3-4 months I am getting irregular periods with lots of pain ...aftereffects of periods cramps are vomiting , abadomen pain and even pain killers didn't work for me .
