Acne over various body parts

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have noticed appearance of small and painful acnes on my hair scalp,breast,shoulder,vaginal areas etc.Even after taking all the hygiene precautions it's not getting reduced.I take enough of rest,water intake and healthy food.Please help.
