Please suggest me how to deal with acne on shoulder and back and no where else. It keeps increasing day by day.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. You seem to have truncal acne, which is usually more resistant to treatment and more prone to scarring. The condition can be controlled by certain topical medicines and some particular oral antibiotics. If you have any dandruff, that should also be treated. If you oil your scalp or hair, it should be stopped. You will be required make some dietary changes as well.
