Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have redness and acne on my face.. chin cheeks not the forehead but... I have tried a lot of things nothing worked... Now I am trying the treatment of istron 10 mg... I want to know whether it will cause any conceiving problems in future after a few years. And also can I eat normal vitamin A foods such as sweet potato, green leafy vegetables, eggs, carrots.. as the are all seasonal at the moment and my only option.. plz direct me what I should do exactly...
