I am unmarried. I am having acne since almost last 10 yrs or so..it comes and go intermittently..sometimes small with pus and sometimes with a painful reddish bump. The reddish bump stays for a week or more, then it dries out with releasing pus and sometimes blood. I have an dry to oily skin. I am using ayurvedic foam based face wash and a cream from Kama Ayurveda. Please help?

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
