Acne on Face and Scalp. Getting better.

Hi, I have a oily skin and scalp. It has been over 5years now and i get acne breakouts on face and scalp and these are painful. These are whiteheads consisting of puss. I have taken multiple treatments ayurvedic, homopathic, and allopathic but this never go away. Usually when i take medicine it vanishes and after stopping the medicine as prescribed by doctor it comes back after few weeks. Some doctors said it is due to dandruff but if i try to apply any oil or use any anti dandruff cream on my scalp i get acne due to access of oil and my oily skin/scalp. I have to take medicine otherwise it gets worse in days and i cant sleep because of the pain in scalp. Please suggest i am ready to take this further but only if there is any hope of getting better.
