Acne on face and back

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have acne on face and back also. I have taken alots of medicine but not cured completely. After completion of treatment the problem will again start of acne. In back also scars are there due to acne. How should these can be cured. Plz suggest me so that I can get rid of acne from face as well as back.
