Acne on back and shoulders

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have severe acne my back and shoulders for last 6-7 years. Although there are a few active acne. I think it is pityrosporum folliculitis as I have dandruff issues too. My concern is for the scars left by these pimples/pityrosporum. The scars are all over my upper back and shoulders. Is it possible to get rid of these scars completely? Is co2 laser treatment helpful for this or is there any other cheaper treatment? I have also attached a picture of my back please help me to get rid of these scars

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
