Acne not Reducing

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I'm taking isotroin-30 and applying Clindamycin phosphate gel after washing my face with Acmed facewash since last 40 days. But eventually my acne increased instead of decreasing and i can't see any improvement till now.Should i continue the medication? How much more time will it take to show the effect?

An increase in acne is a common occurrence in first few months of isotrtinoin. However it should also improve soon. Be in constant touch with your dermatologist when you are taking it. You can also take a compatible antibiotics to control the flare after discussing with the dermatologist.
