Acne Maintenance Medicines
I dont have much issues with acne, but sometimes one or two comes and that looks bad, i am taking very good diet, like salads, juice, no sugar, tea, coffee, only have green tea, dont eat oily or spicy food. But still sometimes one or two comes. I eat boil egg whites 6-8 daily and boil chicken 250 grms with salads and vegetables in dinner mostly while regular food in lunch. Exercise regularly. But then sometimes get acne one, two which i dont want. I also take care of skin using Keracnyl face wash, sunscreen and Novawhite in night. Also i take multivitamins, biotin and omega3 supplements. So, my question is, is there any good supplements/tablets for acne Maintenance, which can be taken on regular basis to prevent acne?
