I have a lot of acne kind of pimples for about 3 or more years. Is there any permanent solution for this? What is this reason behind this? Attached picture for reference

Dear Practo user, Yes , there are lot of good solutions for pimples. Treatment of acne depends upon the grade of acne. Going by your picture , your grade of acne seems to be first i.e, comedonal. A good AHA , BHA facewash with low glycemic index foods can prevent frequent breakouts. Then antiacne medication under supervision of a qualified dermatologist is also necessary and advisable
