Acne at 28 years and oily skin
I have acne since puberty and I have taken one course of isotretinoin 20 mg. After 2 years, again I have oily skin and acne though less severe on face, chest, and arms. I have started another course of 20 mg after derma consultation. Can I expect cure after this course? Or do I need to repeat again? Or should I have a higher dose of 40 mg? I am about to get engaged. So I need a permanent cure for acne and oily skin.
