Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

You are having truncal acne, which is quite resistant to conventional treatment. If you are having dandruff, you require treatment for that as well. Acne occurs due to hormonal changes but is aggravated by a large number of causes, which need to be systematically ruled out.
As for the patches on the hands, are you using any chemicals or detergents on your hands? Any itching over the hands?
I will require photographs of all lesions and I need to ask you some more questions so kindly consult me online on Practo or otherwise visit a certified dermatologist near you.
